We want you and your pet to love your new bed. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return
- Email us at tsvmarinov@abv.bg with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Please don't send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without instructions can't be processed.
Conditions
- Items must be returned in clean, resellable condition, in the original packaging where possible.
- For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. In most cases you won't need to send anything back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, or your damage claim is approved, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
