Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order to the United States.

Processing and delivery times

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Delivery usually takes 7-15 business days after processing.
• During the holiday season, carriers may need a few extra days, so we recommend ordering early for Christmas.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free on all US orders. There is no minimum order amount.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Order tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address before your order ships, but we can't change it afterward.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 16 business days, email us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Damaged items
